AUDIO: SOS Jon Husted Defends 'Monopoly' Claim on Issue 3

Secretary of State Jon Husted has never shied away from his criticism of Issue 3, which is the bill that, if passed, will legalize marijuana in Ohio.
Husted defended his use of calling the issue a monopoly on the Ray Horner Morning Show, and he feels that the entire proposal should be scrapped.
In addition to Issue 3, Husted was also asked about his thoughts on a possible gubernatorial run.
