Update: The Amber Alert issued by the Cleveland Police Department for two missing Cleveland children has been canceled and the children are reportedly safe. 

The kids' mother is in custody, reports say.

An Amber Alert has been issued by the Cleveland Police Department statewide.

Be on the lookout for an abducted child. On September 10, 2018 at 8:02 PM, Children were taken by their mother after she reportedly killed the father of the two children. She is currently armed and there is no vehicle.

The incident took place in Cuyahoga County, OH on 943 Alhambra Avenue in the city of Cleveland 44110.

There are 2 victims:

Child #1's name is Anijah Kelley and the individual is missing. The child is a Black female, age 4, is 3'00 tall, weighs 40 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. 

Child #2's name is Armani Kelley and the individual is missing. The child is a Black male, age 7, is 4'00 tall, weighs 60 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. 

The suspect's name is Arriel Rose Bryant. The suspect is a Black female, age 28, is 5'3 tall, weighs 140 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Suspect is currently armed.

The vehicle involved is a No Vehicle. 

Call or dial 911 if you see the child, the suspect or the vehicle. You can also call 1-877-AMBER-OH (1-877-262-3764) or 911 to be transferred directly to the investigating law enforcement agency or to hear the alert information.

UPDATE 8:35 a.m.: Akron police say Darius Heard, Jr. was returned by his non-custodial father to the apartment where the boy's mother cares for him. The one-year old is safe. Police are still searching for Darius Heard, Sr. 

UPDATE Akron police have released a photo of the toddler missing from a Callis Oval apartment after he was taken from his non-custodial father. Darius Heard, Jr. is one year old and last reported wearing a red-white and blue polo shirt and a diaper. His father, Dairus Heard, Sr. (pictured above) has warrants out for his arrest and has "violent tendancies" according to the AMBER Alert message broadcast earlier this morning. The public is asked to look for a silver Chevy Sonic which may have Texas license plates and bears and Enterprise rental car sticker on the driver's side, front windshield. If you see the car or Heard, please dial 9-1-1.

Akron Police have issued a statewide Amber Alert for missing 1-year-old Darius R. Heard Jr. The young boy was last seen leaving the apartments on Callis Oval in Akron with Darius R. Heard Sr. The younger Heard was wearing a red, white, and blue Nautica Polo shirt and a diaper. 

Darius R. Heard Sr. (pictured) has warrants for his arrest. He is driving a silver Chevy Sonic with Texas license plates; police say it is likely an Enterprise rental car. 

Anyone with information or if you see Darius Heard Sr., the young boy, or the vehicle, you're asked to call 911. 

1:39pm Update on Amber Alert:

The Amber Alert has been cancelled and the children were located safely. The suspect in this case remains at large.

An Amber Alert has been issued out of Willoughby Hills, OH.

Willoughby Hills police are looking for a man accused of threatening his girlfriend with a gun, and taking her vehicle--with two children inside.

Be on the lookout for Clarence Davis, who police say is armed and dangerous. He's driving a dark blue HUN-DAY, and has a three and five year old girl with him. 

Davis is described as a 5'9, 215 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, and is driving a dark blue 2013 Hyundai Sonata with license plate GWS5908. A front license plate has BOB written on it.

A missing 15 year-old - the subject of an Amber Alert - has been found safe.

The AMBER Alert for the teen was cancelled, with word that "child and suspect have been located safely."

NewsChannel 5 reports that the teen and her biological father, William Roberts, have both been found, and that William Roberts is in custody.

Police say William Roberts is a registered sex offender with a history of drug abuse.

The FBI became involved in the search today.

Three people have been arrested in connection with a Stark County AMBER Alert.  Stark County Sheriff's deputies say one woman took another woman's child and left without permission after a fight at a residence on Oak Avenue NW.

Police recovered the child with three adults about 90 minutes later; she's unharmed and back with her mother.  Police found the child in a vehicle on 14th Street NW in Canton.

27-year old Raina Becker faces Abduction and Domestic Violence charges; both 27 year old Brandon Ramsey and 37 year old Jason Ramsey also face Abduction charges. All three are being held in the Stark County Jail.
