Daniel has been in the Sales, Marketing & the Radio field for over 20 years (8 at Rubber City Radio Group) he has a proven performance in Sales, Promotions & Management. Daniel started his radio experience as an on air personality for his college radio station, WCWS 91 fm The WOO Radio, (The College of Wooster). He has been part of many successful promotions for both the Rubber City Radio Group. Daniel is currently an Account Executive in the Non-Traditional Revenue Department for RCRG. He has been part of coordinating many very successful NTR events, such as; The WONE Motorcycle Swap Meet, RCRG Food Truck Feast, RCRG Hunting & Fishing Expo and many more. Daniel has also been a high school soccer coach for the past 35 years. He is married, with 2 adult age children.
Mr. Wallace is a Rubber City Radio Group Account Representative for 97.5 WONE and 1590 WAKR. He has a degree in Business Administration with a minor in Economics and Accounting. Mr. Wallace regularly works with businesses (from solopreneurs to corporations) utilizing traditional, digital, and social media in order to increase revenues during any economic cycle. The advice he offers is derived from years of education along with real-world experience in marketing. The combination of those critical elements resulted in Mr. Wallace receiving the WONE/WAKR Rep of the Year award numerous times and, in 2005, he attained the ultimate accomplishment by winning the Radio Wayne Award, given to the Top Radio Account Representative in the United States by Radio Ink Magazine. Mr. Wallace strongly believes in giving back. He volunteers his time to serve several local non-profit organizations that work to help make a positive difference in his community.

Highly successful sales promotions such as Tailgate Triumph, Treat Me Like A Rock Star, 4 On the Floor, and The Best Seats in The House. Fete began his career on-the-air and his decade of duty included successful stints at a number of area radio stations. He earned several broadcast awards (Associated Press, Canton Ad Fed, etc.) and honed a keen perspective on how to effectively engage listeners and generate a response. Dominic A Rizzo Jr is a Vice President/ General Sales Manager at WAKR/WONE, Akron Ohio. He received his BA from The University of Akron and started his radio sales career at Summit Radio in 1980, working for WAKR and WAEZ (now called WONE). In 1988 he joined Thom Mandel to start Rubber City Radio Group (RCRG) as WQMX Sales Manger until 1993, when RCRG purchased WAKR/WONE and he became the General Sales Manger for those two stations. He currently is the Vice President/ General Sales Manager of WAKR/WONE at Rubber City Radio Group. The past thirty - three years he has been active in the Akron Executives Association and International Executives Association and is a past president of both Boards. He has been active on other local boards, such as International Soap Box Derby, Junior Achievement, Civic Theater and Catholic Social Services. Sam Lane has been an Account Executive with Rubber City Radio since 2015 representing 97.5 WONE and 1590 WAKR. A graduate of The University of Akron with a degree in Business Management, he has spent most of his career in the advertising field working with clients to help them achieve their marketing goals. Sam was awarded the WONE and WAKR Salesperson of the Year in 2015 and 2017 and has also received awards for new business, Non-Traditional Revenue, and digital advertising in his time with Rubber City Radio. He specializes in new business and takes pride in building solid relationships with his clients. In his free time Sam enjoys sports, traveling, and spending time with his family.
