Dominic A Rizzo Jr is a Vice President/ General Sales Manager at WAKR/WONE, Akron Ohio.  He received his BA from The University of Akron and started his radio sales career at Summit Radio in 1980, working for WAKR and WAEZ (now called WONE).  In 1988 he joined Thom Mandel to start Rubber City Radio Group (RCRG) as WQMX Sales Manger until 1993, when RCRG purchased WAKR/WONE and he became the General Sales Manger for those two stations.  He currently is the Vice President/ General Sales Manager of WAKR/WONE at Rubber City Radio Group.  The past thirty - three years he has been active in the Akron Executives Association and International Executives Association and is a past president of  both Boards.  He has been active on other local boards, such as International Soap Box Derby, Junior Achievement, Civic Theater and Catholic Social Services.  He has been married for 38 years to Patricia Rizzo and they have seven children and four grandchildren.
