Indictment In Teen Driver's Easter Death

The Tallmadge man that was charged in connection with the traffic death of an Akron teen on Easter morning has now been indicted.

17 year-old Patricia Powell was driving eastbound on I-76 and pulled over when her car broke down. While she was on the side of the road attending to her car, another driver slammed into the back of her car, killing her.

A Summit County Grand Jury has indicted 63 year-old Charles Queer for that crash. He was charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and three counts of OVI.

Queer is scheduled to be arraigned in Summit County court Friday.
