One of the men who was just paroled after serving time for his part in the rock-throwing incident on I-80 that left Sharon Budd of Uniontown severely injured is back in jail.

 

Brett Lahr, 21, is back behind bars for at least two months for parole violation after he fell asleep at the wheel while driving drunk. Lahr crashed into a utility pole in a central-Pennsylvania time.

 

He was paroled October 3rd after serving 18 months. Three others were sentenced in the case.

 

Sharon Budd suffered brain injuries when a rock smashed through her windshield back in 2014. She's still recovering from the incident and has permanent damage. Her husband took his own life in their Ohio home back in August.
