The Louisville Police Department has canceled the earlier Missing Adult Alert for 82-year-old Barbara Tschantz. She has reportedly been found safe.

The Louisville Police Department has issued a statewide Missing Adult Alert for 82-year-old Barbara Tschantz.

According to the report, Ms. Tschantz was last seen leaving her sister's home in Youngstown 10 o'clock Monday morning, and hasn't been heard from since.

She's driving a 2010 Chevy Malibu with license plate HOPE25.

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Youngstown Police Department statewide.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On November 5, 2018 at 5:00 PM, Ms. Thomas left her residence on foot and failed to return.

The incident took place in Mahoning County, OH on East Midlothian in the city of Youngstown 44502.

The adult's name is Sara Thomas and the individual is missing. The adult is a Black female, age 73, is 5'4" tall, weighs 230 lbs, and has white hair and brown eyes. Ms. Thomas suffers from Dementia and diabetes, she is without her medication. She was last seen wearing a white beanie hat, with a black coat, white sweater, blue jeans and blue and white tennis shoes. 

Call or dial 911 if you see the adult. You can also call 1-866-693-9171 or 911 to be transferred directly to the investigating law enforcement agency or to hear the alert information.

The U.S. Attorney's Office out of Cleveland has released data from 2017 regarding gun indictments, and the report is showing a drastic jump in cases across Northern Ohio. 

In 2017, 202 people across the northern part of the statewere indicted on gun charges. That is an increase from 105 the previous year, and the highest number of indictments since 2013 when there were 207. 

Cleveland lead the way with 116, while Akron was a distant second place, logging 35 gun indictements over the year, followed by Youngstown (27) and Toledo (24). 

The average sentence for a gun sentence in 2017 was 9 years in Northern Ohio, according to the Attorney's Office. 

President Donald Trump has canceled his planned trip to Northeast Ohio later this week, and hasn't given a reason why yet. 

On Monday, Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport Director Dan Dickton says he was notified that the President wouldn't be making his scheduled landing on Thursday. Dickton says he was not told why, just that it's been canceled. 

The President was flying into town to sign a joint resolution from Congress, reversing an order former-President Obama had signed placing regulations on coal mine drainage. 

Last year, the Department of the Interior finalized the Stream Protection Rule that would have protected surface water and groundwater from coal mining polution, according to them. 

President Trump, while not coming to Youngstown, is still expected to sign that resolution. 

Vincent White, 23, of Akron had quite the evening in Youngstown. According to police reports, White was kicked out of or denied entry to 6 out of the 9 bars in downtown Youngstown. 

Multiple witnesses say White was severely intoxicated, rubbing up against women, yelling at employees of the various establishments, and even threatening to "shoot up the place" when he was told to leave. 

One report indicates that one single police officer working downtown Youngstown told White to leave the area three times. White was finally arrested just after 12:30 Saturday morning after he reportedly swung from a light pole and yelled at two women. He's been charged with disorderly conduct and, according to the report, told the arresting officer, "If partying is wrong, I don't want to be right."
