Actor, comedian Rob Schneider joined the Sam and Brad Show to talk about his upcoming stand-up comedy performance at the Hard Rock Rocksino November 25.

The Hard Rock Rocksino is growing -- into the gasoline business. Not only slots, concerts and dining but now a Rockstop Gas and Wash, a gas station and car wash specifically branded to the Hard Rock. Construction starts this month and should be wrapped up by mid-September.

(Hard Rock Rocksino) Hard Rock Rocksino Northfield Park announced plans to open ROCKSTOP GAS & WASH, a new Hard Rock branded and first of its kind, state-of-the-art gas service station and car wash, as well as the addition of a third gaming and smoking patio, bolstering the Rocksino's economic impact in Northeast Ohio and enhancing its Players Club benefits and unique amenities. The two property enhancements equate to a more than $5 million investment.

Construction on ROCKSTOP GAS & WASH, started in early May with a planned completion date in mid-September, 2017. Construction on the new gaming and smoking patio is underway with an expected completion date in early June. The projects are expected to generate close to 100 construction jobs and over 35 new permanent jobs.

"We are committed to growing our property in a way that provides our customers, and our employees, unique experiences and unparalleled value. According to Birtha, members of the Rocksino's Rock Star Rewards loyalty program and company employees will receive a discount on their gas purchases and car washes and may use their points to redeem services. "The Hard Rock's latest expansion shows the company's continuing commitment to the Village of Northfield and gives visitors another reason to patronize the Hard Rock property and the Village." says Jesse Nehez, Mayor, Northfield Village.

ROCKSTOP GAS & WASH will be located on the Northwest side of the Rocksino along Northfield Rd. (Rt. 8). The entire site will occupy 45,000 sq. feet including a 3,500 sq. foot retail/car wash building and have six doublepumps
– a total of 12 handles to dispense gas. The pumps will feature Hard Rock style lighting effects and LED TV's, allowing for the broadcast of music videos and commercials.

"ROCKSTOP GAS & WASH is the first Hard Rock branded gas station and car wash – right here in Northfield, Ohio," says Birtha. "Once again, Northeast Ohio sets the bar high in terms of launching new products and services. That's happening here in Northfield will become the prototype for similar amenities at Hard Rock International properties world-wide. "While it's important to add amenities, it's critical to refresh the ones we have. Over 3 million people visited the Rocksino last year. It's imperative that we continually reinvent, as well as expand our property to exceed customer expectations. And, that's our commitment to Northeast Ohio," says Birtha.

The new gaming and smoking patio will be located adjacent to the Rocksino's Constant Grind restaurant, a 24/7 bistro, increasing the total number of games at the Rocksino from 2,265 to more than 2,300.

The "Billy Madison" actor also discussed his love of golf, poker, and his career in show business.

Comedian and impressionist Frank Caliendo joined the Sam and Brad Show Thursday ahead of his performance at the Hard Rock Rocksino Friday.

 

The show starts at 8 p.m. Frank will be doing some of his best known impersonations, including John Madden, George W. Bush, and others.

Frank Caliendo called into the Ray Horner Morning Show to promote his comedy show at the Hard Rock Rocksino. But Caliendo was not alone, as Charles Barkley, John Madden, Jon Gruden, and President Donald Trump also paid a visit.

Caliendo talked to Ray about the process of how long it takes to perfect a voice, as well as finding the right celebrity to imitate.
