Tait said LeBron James, one of the league's all-time greats, will play as long as he wants to as long as he can play at a high level.

Joe Tait Touches On 2016 Cavs, His Health

He may not be following the Cleveland Cavaliers as close as he used to, but hall of fame broadcaster Joe Tait is happy for them. Even if he only caught just one game last season.

The long-time play-by-play man for the now-world champion Cavs joined the Ray Horner Morning Show, and he discussed the his viewing of Sunday’s historic Game 7, as well as the leadership growth in LeBron James over the years. Prior to 2016, Joe reflected on the Miracle of Richfield Cavaliers, who, in his opinion, was the best Cavs team he ever called.

In serious news, about a month ago, Joe contracted sepsis and has been in and out of the hospital. Joe says if he waited two more days to get treated, he may not be here. In addition to the blood poisoning, some cancer was discovered in his body. However, Joe says he is feeling a lot better.
