AUDIO What's Next For Josh Gordon?

The Josh Gordon story has taken yet another turn after his petition for reinstatement to the NFL has been denied.

Tom Reed from the Cleveland Plain Dealer joined Brad Russell in the Average Sports Show to talk about the troubled wideout and what's next for him as he continues to battle his issues with substance abuse.

Reed says that Gordon can lobby for reinstatement again in August. He was suspended in Feburary of 2015 for a failed drug test and reportedly failed another one recently.

Tom says he sees a young man who hasn't made the most of what he's been given.

"We're talking about a guy who's played 5 games since 2013, and it's been one of the biggest wastes of talent in sports I've ever seen."
