Missing Adult Alert Out of Portage Co.

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Portage County Sheriff's Office statewide.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On June 22, 2019 at 7:00 PM, Mr. Stahly drove away from his residence and has not been seen since.

Missing Adult

The incident took place in Portage County, OH on Lovers Lane in the city of Ravenna 44266.

The adult's name is Lonnie Stahly and the individual is missing. The adult is a White male, age 82, is 5'9" tall, weighs 180lbs, and has gray hair and blue eyes. Lonnie Stahly suffers from Dementia and has other medical conditions for which he is required to take medication. He does not have his medication with him. He was last wearing a blue shirt with white stripes and blue jeans.

The vehicle involved is a gray 2016 Chrysler 200 with OH plate number 536YSX. The vehicle pictured is not the actual involved.

UPDATE: Missing Louisville Woman Found

The Louisville Police Department has canceled the earlier Missing Adult Alert for 82-year-old Barbara Tschantz. She has reportedly been found safe.

The Louisville Police Department has issued a statewide Missing Adult Alert for 82-year-old Barbara Tschantz.

According to the report, Ms. Tschantz was last seen leaving her sister's home in Youngstown 10 o'clock Monday morning, and hasn't been heard from since.

She's driving a 2010 Chevy Malibu with license plate HOPE25.

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued by the Elyria Police Department statewide.

The incident took place in Lorain County, OH on Morgan Avenue in the city of Elyria 44035.

The adult's name is Peter Mathis and the individual is missing. The adult is a Black male, age 61, is 5'6" tall, weighs 309 lbs, and has brown hair and brown eyes. Mr. Mathis suffers from Dementia and other medical issues. He was last seen wearing light grey sweatpants and a black jacket. 

The vehicle involved is a black 2016 Ford Focus with OH plate number 719XSG. The vehicle pictured is not the actual vehicle involved.

Be on the lookout for a missing adult. On November 5, 2018 at 5:00 PM, Ms. Thomas left her residence on foot and failed to return.

The incident took place in Mahoning County, OH on East Midlothian in the city of Youngstown 44502.

The adult's name is Sara Thomas and the individual is missing. The adult is a Black female, age 73, is 5'4" tall, weighs 230 lbs, and has white hair and brown eyes. Ms. Thomas suffers from Dementia and diabetes, she is without her medication. She was last seen wearing a white beanie hat, with a black coat, white sweater, blue jeans and blue and white tennis shoes.

Missing Adult Alert for Summit County Resident

UPDATE: This alert has been cancelled.

Mr. Herndon returned home on his own last night.

A Missing Adult Alert has been issued for 87-year-old Arpad Herdon of New Franklin out of Summit County. Mr. Herdon is described as a white male, 5 foot-9, about 200 pounds, with grey hair and hazel eyes.

About 8 o'clock Monday morning, Mr. Herdon walked out of his home and hasn't been seen since. He does not have his medication, according to authorities.

Missing Adult Alert Cancelled

The statewide missing adult alert for 70-year-old Stephen Demlow of Akron. has been cancelled.

Authorities say Demelow, who disappeared on Sunday night--returned home on his own.

The adult's name is Carl Andrews and the individual is missing. The adult is a Black male, age 71, is 6'00" tall, weighs 215lbs, and has gray hair and brown eyes. Mr. Andrews suffers from Dementia. He was last seen wearing a red and gray hat, red coat, gray jacket underneath his coat, and white shoes.

Norton PD Issues Missing Adult Alert

Norton police issued a Missing Adult Alert for an 89-year old man yesterday after he failed to come home Monday night. Police say Allen Combs left his Marnie Street home in a white 2003 Ford F-150; the family says he suffers from Dementia and Alzheimer's.

(Missing Adult Alert) The Norton Police department is trying to find missing 89-year-old Allen Combs. Combs was last seen on April 3rd. He left his home on Mamie Street in Norton around 10 p.m.

He is described as:

  • White male
  • 89-years-old
  • 5'9"
  • 200 lbs.
  • Gray hair
  • Blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing jeans, a button-up long sleeve shirt, a baseball cap and boots. Combs also suffers from Dementia and Alzheimer's Disease and may be confused.

The vehicle involved is a white 2003 Ford F-150 with OH plate number DFE8933, his vehicle is a Lariat Edition. The vehicle show in the story is not the actual vehicle involved.

UPDATE Medina police update the story; Lane returned home and is safe.

77-year old James Rausch was last seen Monday afternoon in Munroe Falls in a silver 2014 Honda Accord with South Carolina plates; he is a resident of that state visiting the area.

Cuyahoga Falls police say Rausch was found safe.

He suffers with Alzheimer's and may be in need of medication.

Missing Adult Alert Out Of Stark County

Stark County Sheriff's Office has issued a Missing Adult Alert for 65-year-old Charles Frederick Wrenz. 

Mr. Wrenz walked out of his home on Winona St. NE in Alliance around 10:30 Thursday night and has not been seen since. 

He is described as a white male, about 5' 7", with brown hair and green eyes. There was no description of the clothes that he was wearing. 

Mr. Wrenz suffers from Alzheimer's Disease. If you see him, you are asked to call 911 immediately.

Twinsburg PD Looking For Missing Woman

Update: 

Just before 11 a.m. local time, the Twinsburg Police Department issued another press release regarding Ms. Williams. They say Theresa Williams has been found safe and has been taken to a local hospital as per police procedure. The statewide Missing Adult Alert has been recalled by the Twinsburg police.

Twinsburg police have issued a Missing Adult Alert for a 77-year old woman missing from her home since 8:00 last night. Police think Theresa Williams may still be in a black 2013 Audi Q5 with Ohio license plates GBY 9230. She left her home on Irena Lane and hasn't been seen since; she suffers from Dementia as well as other medical conditions.
