OHSAA Executive Director Jerry Snodgrass joined the Sam and Brad Show to talk about the weekend in Columbus for the state tournament and ways to fix the attendance issue. (35:01)

Sam and Brad caught up with Ari Wasserman of the Athletic right off the bat to talk about the OSU beatdown of the University of Michigan over the weekend and they also caught up with Tim Stried of the OHSAA at 13:12 to talk about the state championships this week in high school football, including Thursday's game between Hoban and Massillon. At 25:11 they talked Browns with beat writer Steve Doerschuk to talk about their win over the Bengals in Cincy. 

On the Friday edition of the Sam and Brad Show,  Brad and Ben Thomas caught up with Tim Tyrrell of Hoban (23 seconds in), Nate Moore of Massillon (3:47), and Ryan Isley(8:10) to talk about the remaining teams active in the OHSAA State football tournament with a chance to compete for a state championship on the line.

Also, the guys spoke with former OSU LB Bobby Carpenter to talk about "The Game" against Michigan at high noon Saturday at 23:23.

Sam and Brad spoke with Mark Dente of Copley to talk about the upset win over Hoban and their upcoming game with Jackson on Wednesday at 6:15pm in Cleveland. 

Tim Tyrrell, the head coach of the Archbishop Hoban Knights spoke with Aaron Coleman about the upcoming state title game with Winton Woods on Thursday.

Nate Moore, head coach of the Massillon Tigers spoke with Sam and Brad prior to their matchup with Winton Woods in the state semifinals Friday.

Marcus Wattley of Tallmadge spoke with Sam and Brad to talk about their second-round playoff matchup against Tallmadge this Friday.

Alan Vanderink of Tallmadge joined the show as well to talk about what he sees with his Blue Devils and what it's going to take to beat the Irish.

Veteran high school sports reporter Tim Rogers who covers a lot of the area teams for various outlets spoke with the Sam and Brad Show on Thursday to talk about the tournament and some of the teams making some noise in the early part of the tournament.

Tim talked about Copley's win over Barberton in the first round, some of the big games tomorrow, including Coventry/Kenmore and St. Vincent St. Mary, who will be taking on Field.
