Select high school football teams across the state will be donning special Ohio National Guard-themed jerseys to kickoff their seasons this weekend, including Cuyahoga Falls High School.
The jerseys (pictured) feature a dark camouflage pattern, black numbers and lettering, with "National Guard" scrawled across the back.

(NATIONAL GUARD) COLUMBUS, Ohio - High school football teams all across the state of Ohio will be wearing special jerseys at designated games during the 2019 regular season, with help from the Ohio Army National Guard, beginning Friday. The jerseys are a dark camouflage pattern and have been approved by the Ohio High School Athletic Association for home team wear. Fairfield High School, Cuyahoga Falls High School, River View High School, and Warren High School are expected to debut the jerseys this weekend.
Terry Cistone, the new head coach of the Revere Minutemen joined the Sam and Brad Show to talk about taking over the Revere program.
The previous staff including head coach James Boyeas was let go following an investigation into alleged inadequate supervision of student athletes at a recent football camp.
Cistone says he will meet with the team July 1. He previously served as head coach for seven years with his last being in 2009.
Jake Parsons, the new head coach of the Copley Indians is this week's G&G Fitness Coach of the Week.
He says Copley is one of the premier jobs in Summit County.
"They have great facilities, and great kids, it's a great area, and I'm just excited to be a part of it," he said.

Sam and Brad caught up with former Tallmadge Head football coach Alan Vanderink to talk about his departure from Tallmadge High School and his arrival to Kent Roosevelt.
They also got into their NFL Picks ahead of the AFC and NFC Championship games.
For the first G&G Fitness Equipment Coach of the Week, Sam and Brad caught up with Jeff Twiddy, the new head football coach of the Louisville Leopards.
Twiddy said that the timing was right for him to take that job and work in a community that loves football.
"I'm pumped because it reminds me of Mogadore, and football is the most important thing there, and as a football coach you can't ask for anything more than that."
Coach Twiddy graduated from Mogadore High School and was previously coaching at Byesville before taking the job with the Leopards.
