The man arrested for the murder of a 39-year-old man at the Hi-De-Ho Lounge in Akron was arraigned in Akron Municipal Court Saturday morning.

44-year-old Willie Steve Hicks III bond is set at $1-million dollars, after turning himself in for the shooting death of 39-year-old Lentheric Caldwell.

Hicks III did not enter a plea because his attorney did not appear in court.

His next court hearing is scheduled at Akron Municipal Court with an attorney present on Monday, January 11th at 8:30a.m.
