An Akron man was caught on surveillance video attempting to jam a bag of shrimp down his pants during an armed robbery at an Acme supermarket.

Joseph Porter, 40, has been charged with aggravated robbery and a warrant has been issued for his arrest. He has yet to be arrested.

Porter tried to stuff the $38 bag of shrimp down his pants on Jan. 15 at the Acme on East. Avenue, but a security guard stopped him when he left the store.

When he was confronted, Porter dropped the shrimp and pulled out a handgun telling the guards to back away before running off.
