The man found dead in a garbage truck making its rounds early Saturday morning has been identified.

The Summit County Medical Examiner says the victim was 49 year-old Brian Raber. The cause of death was ruled as an accident - he died from "mechanical compression and positional restriction".

The Republic Waste driver was making a stop at Fairlawn Town Center on West Market Street when he discovered the body.

The truck also made stops in Tallmadge, Copley and Akron...police agencies in all those areas are looking into jurisdiction.
