An arrest has been made in the shooting of a woman found seriously hurt in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
NewsChannel 5 reports that Dezay Martell Ely was charged with attempted murder and discharging a firearm. That's according to the Cleveland office of the FBI.
Hikers found the woman in a field in the area of Akron-Peninsula Road.
Park rangers say she was shot three times in the head and face.
The FBI says Ely made a court appearance on Friday.
