Police Seek Teens in Akron Murder

Akron police are looking for two teens in connection with the murder of 18 year old Shpetim Ramadani of Inman Street, Tuesday night.

He was shot in the 1000 block of Herberich Avenue.

Warrants have been issued for the arrest of 16 year old John Smith, East Archwood Ave.; and 18 year old Tyler Morgan of Talbot Avenue.

Detectives are asking for the publics help in locating two males involved in the shooting death of Shpetim Ramadani. Warrants were signed for murder, felonious assault and aggravated robbery on John Smith, 16, with a last known address on E. Archwood Ave.; and Tyler Morgan, 18, with a last known address on Talbot Ave. Smith and Morgan are wanted in the recent shooting death of Shpetim Ramadani, 18, of Inman St. in Akron.

Around 7:00pm Tuesday night, officers responded to the 300 block of Margaret St. for a shooting. The victim, Shpetim Ramadani, was found in the back seat of a Chrysler 300 with a gunshot wound. He was transported to Akron City Hospital where he later died.

The other individuals in the car reported they stopped to talk to two males in the 1000 block of Herberich Ave. One of the males pulled out a handgun and fired it into the Chrysler, striking Ramadani in the torso. The driver drove off and called police on Margaret Street.
John Smith is a white male, 5’9”, 130 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes. Tyler Morgan is a black male, 5’11”, 150 LBS., with brown hair and brown eyes.
