Three Streetsboro School Buses Crash, 18 Students Hurt

Three Streetsboro school buses were involved in a crash Thursday afternoon that resulted in 18 students being injured.

Those injuries, including an injury to the bus driver, are not life-threatening.

Streetsboro Police say it happened at about 10 minutes until 3 PM on Page Road between Frost Road and Pike Parkway.

The students parents were notified. The cause of the crash is still being investigated.

(Streetsboro Police Department, news release) On 1-13-2016 at approximately 2:49 pm three Streetsboro City School buses were involved in a crash on Page Road in the area of 9874 Page, between Frost Road and Pike Parkway. The crash resulted in 1 driver and 18 students being transported to University Hospitals Portage with non-life threatening injuries. The injured were transported by Streetsboro, Aurora and Mantua Fire Departments. The parents were notified by the schools. The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
