A Barberton couple face charges, after being accused of stealing thousands of dollars from a youth football organization.

The Beacon Journal reports, Mark Sager and Rachel Sager, 38 and 34, are the former president and treasurer of the Barberton Football league.

The couple accused of stealing $2,400 was ordered to pay the money back--they did--but after the organization hired an accountant more money was found to be missing, $3,800 to be exact.

It's unclear on what happened to the other $1,400.

They're charged with theft.

The two are free on bond awaiting trial.
