One of the best television producers of our time Dick Ebersol joined the show to talk about being the recipient of the 2019 Pete Rozelle Radio and TV award during Enshrinement Week at the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton.
Former Tribe and Oakland A's catcher and current A's broadcaster Ray Fosse joined Sam and Brad in Booth 6 at Progressive Field ahead of tonight's game.
Fosse talked about the Indians and the revitalization of downtown when the Indians hit their peak in the 1990's
"The beautiful thing about now that you see people come to a game and stay downtown," Fosse said.
"It's a beautiful city and a growing city and I enjoyed my time here."
The Cavaliers have their coach in place and are ready to "drive the culture" back to winning basketball.
The Wine and Gold formally introduced John Beilein as the team's head coach to the media today at Cleveland Clinic Courts..
Beilein said this was an opportunity he couldn't pass up.
"I feel so good and I hated leaving a great place like the University of Michigan, it could only be for something special like this, we have something special right here in front of us," he said.
Beilein has coached for over 30 plus years in the collegiate ranks and 12 of those were most recently at the University of Michigan.
Beilein was joined today by his family, grandchildren and also making statements today were Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert and GM Koby Altman.
Kevin Kleps, sports business reporter from CraIn's Cleveland Business joined the Sam and Brad Show as they were live from Progressive Field as they discussed the possibility of Cleveland hosting the NFL Draft in 2021.
The announcement will be made in Key Biscayne, Florida tomorrow.
"The Browns and the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission feels pretty good about it (the possibility of the draft coming here)," he said.

Their last game they won the PTC Metro over Coventry.
Swartz says that the "third season" is going well.
"We play Marlington in the districts Monday at 2pm down in Louisville," he says. "We have a deep and experienced team, and it's been a pleasure to be around."
