STVM senior basketball player Henry Baddley is the WAKR Male Student Athlete of the Week for April 8th-April 15th.
Henry just completed a terrific season leading the Irish a state runner-up finish in Division II boys basketball ball, losing to John Glenn in the finals.
"It was disappointing to lose that game but we were had a pretty good team," said Baddley. “We came close.”
Henry averaged 19.0 ppg and 6.0 rpg to the irish while playing the wing position for Coach Dru Joyce. Baddley was a three-year starter and was just week named Ohio Division II Player of the Year.
"It was a quick four years at STVM. I really liked playing there, we had a bunch of talent and learned a whole lot from coach," said Baddley.
Henry will attend Butler University in Indians and continue his basketball career.
STVM totaled a 26-4 record this season.
