1590 WAKR Student Athlete of the Week: Rachel Chessar

This week, our 1590 WAKR Female Student Athlete of the Week is Rachel Chessar from Archbishop Hoban High School.
Rachel is a standout basketball player for the Knights, and is currently in her senior year. She has been an active participant in basketball since her freshman year at Hoban.
Off the basketball court, Rachel is close with her family and is very active in the community. She is a eucharistic minister at her church and volunteers at St. Barnabas, as well as being a member of the Siblings Club.
After graduation, Rachel will be attending Mercyhurst University in Erie, Pennsylvania. She is a big Cleveland Cavaliers fan, and her favorite player is point guard Kyrie Irving.
